The restaurant is furnished in a Neoclassical style with Spanish and English influences, where a French-Belgian cuisine with a touch of nouvelle cuisine is prepared. The fine dishes of Chef Benny Devos are prepared with market-fresh products. Vegetables, fish and meat are supplied daily.
All dishes can be combined with an assorted (glass of) wine of your choice. There are no less than 3000 bottles of wine in our cellar, including about a 100 of French chateaux /domains and of course different wines from all over the world. Argentina, Chile and Italy are strongly represented. The purchase is always done by our Master Sommelier of the wines of France. We always strife for a 100% price/quality ratio.
